A Few Morning Minutes

I have been really proud of myself this week. We've eaten out only once and I've managed to pack my lunch almost every day at work. I've worked out 5 of 6 days so far and am hoping to continue the trend today. It's been a much needed return to self-care that I hope I can maintain.
One thing that is hardest to remember and hardest to make happen is that when life is its most stressful, that's when I need most to take care of myself. That is when I most need the activity and the nourishment to help me cope appropriately with the stress and to keep me moving forward and in control of something when so many other things seem (and are) out of my control.
This weekend I ask you SparkFriends to send a special one up for my nephew Luke. We have another big court date for his custody case on Monday and we have no idea what it will hold. Please wish for him that his interest and safety will be maintained above all else. Thank you!
