My Jillian "Kick My A$$" Workout Plan!

My Jillian WorkOut Plan---
(Here's hoping I can pull this off)

My biggest focus right now is toning up, just about, every area of my body. I get so uneasy about my "trouble" areas...and so now I hope Jillian can help blast them away!
I do work 2 jobs, so my "extra" time is pretty limited and Jillian suggests doing each DVD at least 5 days a week. So I will be doing 1 of the 3 DVD's, 5 times a week with 2 rest days.

I already own No More Trouble Zones. It's a little longer and I got bored doing that one over and over again, so I bought more! Now I have 6 Week 6 Pack and Ripped in 30. By the end of December I will have Ripped in 30 totally complete. (Meaning 5 Days=1 Week) Then I should be able to finish 6 Week 6 Pack by the end of January. I'm being very hopeful, at the moment, and I hope I can stick with this plan! I MUST stick with my plan!!!!

This is what I came up with--

Sunday: Ripped in 30
Monday: Off Day--Double Work Day
Tuesday: 6 Week 6 Pack
Wednesday: Ripped in 30
Thursday: No More Trouble Zones
Friday: Off Day--Double Work Day
Saturday: 6 Week 6 Pack

*Monday and Fridays are "Off Days" due to working both jobs. If either of those days are given off, then I plan to complete 30 to 45 minutes of Cardio!*

Along with my plan, I need to stick to my calorie range. Lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats and whole grains. It's nothing new to me, just need to keep myself on track...all the time!!!

So here is goes! Wish me luck!!! I'm gonna need it!!
Did 6 Week 6 Pack today, so I could start out with an extra day. It was tough, but I hung in there!
