Today I was really wore out because I had been going since last Friday and it finally hit home. No work was done just taking care of myself. I rested probably too much but that is the way it is. My friends came and went hunting but fixed my arbors before they did so now the wind will not blow them down again. I just walked 15 minutes and I will do 2 more and hope I can get back to half of the time I had been doing. Seems I am always working back too what I use to do.

I am glad we can learn so much from Spark people and they keep up with the medical and healthy living news of the day. We are all going to be smart people and don't have to go to college.

I will try and do some work tonight because I have to pick up my DGD tomorrow afternoon. Finally got some broccoli in my shrimp, rice and cheese dish and had it tonight.
