Results for 10/13/11 / Goals for Tomorrow

Here's how I did today;

*No Fast Food. (DONE! 2 days in a row. It's a miracle lol)
*30+ minutes of cardio at the gym. (DONE! 45 minutes on elliptical)
*Stay within calorie range of 1200-1550 (DONE! 1481 calories)

It's a bit early today, but I'm tracking these now so I won't be tempted to ruin it later. My husband and I have been trying to work on our marriage. It seems I'm the only one trying. Whenever I bring up something we need to work on, like today, he turns around and calls me a bitch and puts down whatever he can think of about me. This usually leads to a binge, and trust me, I wanted to soooo bad, but I didn't. Honestly, I don't know what to do about him anymore. I love him, but holding onto someone like him is killing me. Anyway, I took that anger out on the elliptical instead of hitting the drive thru! It felt good.

Goals for tomorrow:

*30+ minutes at the gym
*Stay within calorie range of 1200-1550
*No Fast Food (this is obviously an addiction. It's all I thought about today. LOL)

I'll check in again tomorrow. This is really helping. Have a good one!

    Congratulations on reaching your goals!

Last September my husband and I hit a rough patch that lasted until February when we got into a huge fight that led to our separation. I understand how stressful that can be and I'm sorry you're having to deal with it. emoticon My husband and I had to go to marriage counseling to get ourselves back on track and it worked wonders - but - everyone is different. Hopefully things start looking up for you. You're clearly a terribly strong woman if you were able to get through fighting with him today without binging. I'm proud of you!

Keep your head up, beautiful! The hard times always pass. emoticon

    Great job on your successes. I'm not one for marital advice, but I do know working towards your goals (without spedning ALL your time at the gym) will only make the situation more clear. Working out will also help your mood so no one should be able to call you a "bitch" and have it be a correct statement. emoticon
