I need to come here daily because just seeing 4 days have passed since I have blogged gives me another since of urgency! I have made great choices with exercise this week with and have worked out every day. Food has been better, today was tough because I can't seem to feel satified and feel hungry frequently. I am down 3 pounds but sure that was mostly water weight I had obtained due to hormonal fluctuations. I have a retreat to attend this weekend so hopefully that will be encouraging and refuel my spirit.
