Had an awesome workout today

I spent 2 hours in the gym and loved every second!!! I started off with strength training with my personal trainer (which includes a 5 minute internal on the elliptical ( .33 miles) :) and then I ran 1.5 miles. Then I moved on over to the bike and did 5 miles. emoticon emoticon emoticon
