an update and progress report

hello fellow sparkers! it's been awhile since i've posted a blog so i figure i better let you all know where i stand and what's been going on.
i'm still super busy at work. hence the lack of updating. i don't have a computer at work, so i don't get to update and goof around like my old job "allowed". i'm very active at work, on my feet almost all day. so lots of activity!
i'm still doing my lunchtime walks. this is getting difficult with the weather. i was only able to get one in last week!
the bus route has changed so a couple days a week i get to work with an hour to spare in the mornings. when the weather is nice i go for a brisk 3 mile walk. i'm loving it! though the weather will take that one away too. :(
the scale isn't budging much, but my clothes are! i'm finally out of the plus size in pants! though tops are still an issue. lame. i bought a pair of jeans the other day that were 15! one size smaller than my "skinny" jeans.
i'm working on some new goals. as mentioned above, i am still in plus size tops. most of this is due to belly fat. i'm working on not drinking soda and alcohol as these are huge contributors to my issues. even though it's diet soda.
another goal is working out in the morning. i've been walking almost daily at lunch, but the weather will soon be a huge factor. so i need to get up and workout before work. not much luck with that.
i've been eating fairly well. i'm hoping to be caught up with money by the end of the month so i'll have a bit more reserved for better groceries.
i've been very good about not making goals because for awhile they were having a reverse effect on me. i'm hoping to try again in november with something easy to get me back in the groove. when i get stressed i tend to sabotage everything.
