ABC's of Consistency (well, some of them)

(I will do A-G and hope somebody can provide the rest. I just don't have them)
A: Attitude. 90% of the game! Take on the attitude that YOU ARE IN CONTROL!!!!! YOU design and control your habits.
B: Belief. Visualize what you want to become and take steps to get yourself there. I emphasize steps. It is so much easier to see yourself as what you will be with each little step.
C: Confidence. Sometimes it comes in small doses with each little accomplishment you conquer. Get excited about change. Be around others for mutual support.
D: Determination. Be determined to succeed.
E: Emotional discipline. By watching what you eat and do you are increasing your energy.
F: Fear. Face it. I know, easier said than done. It would help if you know what you fear. Sometimes we're doing great and we turn around and self-sabotage.
G: Goals. This is so basic. Tick off your little accomplishments and steps you have conquered. Be proud of them! They snowball!
