I was thinking about my journey this morning. I've realized as much as I've been stressing about "losing weight"...I've forgotten the real reason why I'm here.
I want to be healthy. I NEED to be healthy. If I can strive to be healthy then the weight loss will follow.
I want to run. The more I do it, the more I love it! I want to run outside and feel the wind on my face. On my non gym days I am going to jog outside. Even if it's just at a slow pace.
Yesterday I did week 6 day 1 and finished. I'm a little nervous about next week. But I will do my best, even if I have to repeat it.
