Peanut Butter

Thursday, October 13, 2011

Ever since I read this article... I've been craving a nice PB sanwich on whole grain bread!

So... I think I need to go out and get me some Kraft smooth Peanut Butter (I know, I know... I normally get organic almond butter as it's health benefits are higher, but that's NOT what I'm craving right now!

I even tried to quench the craving with some peanuts last night! It was close, but no cigar! I need the REAL DEAL!

You know what else is weird? Last night I went to bed without eating any dinner! WHAT??? Yeah, I know, so strange... but I just wasn't hungry NOR did I feel like cooking anything! I will NOT turn this into a habit! Normally I am very hungry after a day that I have taught Zumba... I must be still running off the reserves left over from my Thanksgiving feasts!!! (Truth be told, I ate twice as much that weekend as I normally eat! AND loved every morsel of it!!!)

I LOVE meeeeeeee some PB&J! I do get organic PB, though. I can eat a whole freaking jar if I am not careful! LMAO

Don't worry about not eating last night. If your body didn't feel the need for it, it is okay. I know you won't turn that into a habit.
