So I got down to 163.5 last Friday before we went camping. Planned to have a cheat day which turned more into a cheat weekend. Monday morning, weighed 168.5. Tue, 168. Wed, 165.5. Today, 162.5! Took me three days to lose from that cheat day/weekend but wow! I think I am going to keep my cheat days to every other weekend in general...though this Saturday is my husband's birthday and we are going to Ray's Hell Burger in Arlington for lunch! (might just cheat by having the bun that one time)
The biggest issue I'm having is learning how to take the supplements and my vitamins without all these stomach issues. I take the PAGG stack with breakfast, lunch, and before bed, along with a bunch of vitamins. I've found that, if I break the vitamins up and take the B-Complex and Calcium in the morning (after eating), then take the rest after lunch, it works better but most mornings I have to take an acid reducer to avoid severe nausea and upset stomach.
What's interesting is that, over the weekend while camping, I took no supplements or vitamins and ate some carbs and my stomach was great all weekend!
