So my vacation wasn't exactly a shining beacon in my fitness journey. I had the best intentions but I'm not motivated when I'm by myself.
Never mind; I've started up again with karate class on Tuesday which I had to teach - a great way to get over jet lag! Yesterday I decided to try a 5k walk/run and did it in 43.5 minutes. Not my best time but still under 45 minutes. Today I've joined the 5k run program and I'm aiming to do a 10k next April.
Group power today and karate/weapons tomorrow.
