Goals for Wednesday, 10/12
*No fast food. (DONE!)
*30 minutes + of cardio at the gym. (DONE! Burned 386 calories in 35 minutes)
*Stay within calorie range of 1200-1550 (DONE! 1360 calories)
Today was great, but I'm not gonna say it wasn't a struggle. Taco Bell crossed my mind more than a few times (lol), but I controlled myself, came home, and made an actual meal. I had to drag myself out of the house when it was time for the gym, but I made it there and felt much better when the workout was done. This will most likely be a struggle for a while, but I'm willing to work out my issues.
Goals for tomorrow:
*No Fast Food.
*30+ minutes of cardio at the gym.
*Stay within calorie range of 1200-1550.
I'll update tomorrow. This is literally ONE DAY AT A TIME.
