Yesterday's Goals:
Workout [yes] went for a walk at lunch
Vitamins [yes]
40 oz water [yes]
walk on break [yes]
Get to bed by 10pm [yes] maybe a couple minutes late on this but close enough for me…..

M1 shake
M2 Triscuits, Cheese, jerky
M3 Lean pocket, chips
M4 slim fast bar
M5 tacos

Today's Weight: 198.6
+/- from Last Weds: -.8

I am actually pretty surprised to see any loss at all this week. I figured I would be lucky to maintain the 2.6 loss from the week before so I am very pleased with any loss today :-) I think I might try and do a light kettle bell workout tonight????? We’ll see, I’m not sure what we have going on tonight. It does feel good to be back at my daily posts/accountability. It’s also nice to see more yes’ on there too :-) Have a great day ladies!
