Cheers! Looking back what was working for me physically :
eating a high protein breakfast.
eating fresh from the rainbow (red bell peppers & tomatoes, green avacado and spinach, yellow banana, blueberries and an assortment of colors in my veggie soup)
carefully planning meals and snacks
making sure I take ALL my supplements
drinking ALL the recommended water
exercising at least 30 minutes per day, even if broken up into several segments
