To a Healthy Day!

emoticon Cheers! Looking back what was working for me physically :

eating a high protein breakfast. emoticon
eating fresh from the rainbow (red bell peppers & tomatoes, green avacado and spinach, yellow banana, blueberries and an assortment of colors in my veggie soup) emoticon
carefully planning meals and snacks emoticon
making sure I take ALL my supplements emoticon
drinking ALL the recommended water emoticon
exercising at least 30 minutes per day, even if broken up into several segments emoticon
