Mommy, you're not challenging yourself!

Tuesday, October 11, 2011

At least that is what I will pretend my youngest was telling me when he climbed onto my back while I was trying to do the last set of push ups in my workout today. To be honest, I really dislike push ups and therefore don't push myself to get better at them. So when my youngest climbed onto my back(he weighs nearly 30 pounds) giggling, I wasn't overly pleased but I kept going and finished the set. Ok after 3 on my toes push ups I had to go to my knees, but even on my knees with ~30 pounds added wasn't easy. emoticon It mental, I dislike them so they are difficult. Clearly I am capable of more. Challenge accepted.

Cute! You'll have to have him do that more often!

I don't think anyone likes push ups. I certainly don't either.

emoticon emoticon And many thanks to the little guy for pointing this out to you! emoticon

I hate them too... but I can do a bunch of them... and it really aggravates my youngest son (22) who can NOT do as many as I can! emoticon Of course, I LOVE that part! emoticon
