Week 3 Review - An "Off" Week

Not the greatest week so far..... Sorry about all the background noise, my computer's fan was being really loud. Might have to turn up the volume a bit to hear me.

    Hang in there!! All the small things count too. I mean WOW you burned 1300 calories in one work out that is AWESOME!! And on top of that you lost weight! I am in your corner cheering for you and I know you will stick with it!

  Hello Amy,

Encouragement is key!...I love how you motivated yourself and us to 'stay in the game,' especially after eating or binging on something that may not be helpful to us. So true.

And, the part where you 'realized' that you didn't sink back into your typical pattern of giving up after eating junk food is a KEY element in behavior modification. You are doing so well! emoticon
