I lost 3 pounds!

Well ... maybe... I'm not putting it as my official weigh in because part of it is just lack of bulk I'm sure - I skipped dinner last night. But when I weighed myself this morning it was 147. Maybe I should skip dinner every night?
For breakfast this morning, I had a take on an old suggestion from the Spark diet plan - Toasted English Muffin, Warmed Refried Beans, and some shredded cheese on top of that. It's such a nice simple breakfast and perfect for a fall morning :-)
