I lost 3 pounds!

Well ... maybe... I'm not putting it as my official weigh in because part of it is just lack of bulk I'm sure - I skipped dinner last night. But when I weighed myself this morning it was 147. Maybe I should skip dinner every night?

For breakfast this morning, I had a take on an old suggestion from the Spark diet plan - Toasted English Muffin, Warmed Refried Beans, and some shredded cheese on top of that. It's such a nice simple breakfast and perfect for a fall morning :-)

    Congrats! I say that if you see it on the scale, it's countable! Just be careful about skipping meals. That breakfast sounds good, too. I'll have to try that.

    Good for you, but skipping meals isn't the way to do it, too hard on your body and when the next meal rolls around you are super hungry, especially as its a long time between lunch and breakfast! The idea is to keep your blood sugar levels steady and you won't feel the need to snack or overeat in between meals.
    Sounds like a good breakfast, enjoy!

    I'm always down when I skip dinner. That's what i say - who needs dinner anyway.
