4AM came, and I am awake! I feel as if I have turned a corner from the last several days, yesterday my son was a half hour late for school because neither one of us wanted to be awake, today, it is different, I went to bed a little earlier, and this morning I am pretty well refreshed, and we are hiking to the school this morning! Going to be a fun one, as my son is not really much of a morning person, but we will see how things go, If we are early enough might just let him play on the playground a bit.
I woke up looking forward to today!
Now I just have to get my butt in gear, and I am going to make me a shake this morning before I leave, it is going to be good! Slimfast! Must get stronger and stricter with myself, have been letting too many things get by me and into my mouth! Not going to let Halloween get me down, it will continue to be my favorite holiday!
