Had a good Thanksgiving weekend ,did not over indulge any and sweeties etc yesterday for I knew today was when I was making my dinner ,so 2 days was out,I went to work and It was very busy with no breaks so a good 5 hour workout with very sore arms of lifting boxes,hehe
I only brought in fruit to snack on ,along with a coffee then a fellow co worker bought me a coffee ,how nice was that.
I am saying OMG!!! lol it is amazing how the lil bites here n there really add up in calories and I am past 2000,good thing I was walking n lifting all 5 hours a work and did another 30 minutes of speed walking after dinner with the dogs before the rain came,but still the added calories n fat ,WOW WOW WOW,Happy Thanksgiving to me ,lol lol good thing I only ate few bites of turkey and loaded yo on veggies yesterday ,hehe
