Well I was sick most of the weekend But I'm finally starting to feel better. Thankfully I had Columbus Day off, but tomorrow it's back to work for me in more ways than one. Since I have been sick (sinus infection) I've been doing nothing but eating and sleeping for 5 straight days. I tried to stay on track with my calorie, carbs, fats and protein ranges all weekend, but I didn't exercise at all. I'm really missing it. So tomorrow I will get back on the horse again, with weight training scheduled with my trainer. Wednesday I will start running again even if I do more walking than running, it's time to get moving again. Saturday I went way over my calories and I'm hoping that the lack of exercise and going over my calories didn't set me back on my weight loss goals. I'm doing so well but I'm very afraid to loose track and go back to the way I was before, sedentary and consuming too many calories. Well here's to getting healthy and staying on track even when obstacles get in your way.
