Day Ten of my Daily Goal,

Hi everyone, I just came back from Pilates Class,Today is my 10th day of my Daily exercise Goals and I am going strong without any Problem Last week I feel my knee was Hurting a little, I did do some Running today and it did not feel any pain so that was good, and this is what I did today,

1,I did my 2 miles Jogging and I take 30 minutes to do it emoticon

2, walk on the Treadmill for 60 minutes emoticon

3, I did 30 minutes of Hula Hoop none stop emoticon

4,I did 15 minutes of jump rope emoticon

5,I did my Pilates for one hour emoticon

6, Have my 5 small meals with Fruit and vegetables emoticon

7, I did get my 8 Hour sleep last night emoticon

8 I have my water 10 Glasses emoticon

So this is what I did today for my exercise, and I am feeling Great, and now I am going to take a shower and get ready to watch Dancing with the Stars, Hope you all have a good night, and thanks for readin my blog. emoticon emoticon emoticon
