I have a list of goals to meet everyday. It's not a long list, nor is it complicated.
I allowed "life's curves" get in the way of meeting my daily goals. I am not going to beat myself up, but I will analyze and re-group.
When you have a "bad" day/week how do you react to it? do you continue to step backwards, away from your goals or do you forgive yourself and allow yourself to move forward? When we work at our goals one day at a time we will have more days moving forward....let's regroup together (if you need to) and we will succeed meeting those goals.....One day at a time.....Take time to "smell the roses" today. Take a couple of deep breaths and stay healthy. Enjoy your week.
FYI Our neighbor brought over some more tomatoes and green peppers - froze the peppers for chili this winter....made another tomato pie, will go great as a side with the jalapeņo chicken sausages we are having later.
