The first step of many

Today is my first step of many in my weight loss journey. Today i went to the gym and did 30 mins of cardio as well as a bicep and tricep workout. I know i am taking the first step, and in this journey I may take steps backwards, but in the end I will reach my goal.

    Protein bars..
    Target has a great selection of generic brands.. they have mint chocolate, cookie dough, double chocolate and peanut butter chocolate ones. They range from 170-200 calories a bar, but are packed with nutrition, and the protein keeps you full. also, if you are finding you have a sweet tooth... they can satiate that urge also..

    Im a fan of wheat thins... maybe not the healthiest option but I find you cant eat to many of them at once. Fruits and veggies are also good snack but if you're in a dorm you may be limited if you dont have a fridge where you can keeps things like grapes and carrots.
