After feeling exhausted for so long I decided to basically take last week off. I ate healthy and took the boys for walks 3 out of 5 week days. I did NOT do any yoga and I didn't run...except once.
We went for a walk one night after dinner and decided since it was a short one Munch could walk too. 3 year olds do NOT walk. They run. It was actually a lot of fun having a little running buddy. We went for two miles and for the last little bit he was on my back. It was energizing and full of giggles. It's a pity I can't take him with me on every run. I really needed that.
I'm still not 100% on energy, but I'm feeling better and I'm VERY ready to run again. Weather permitting a 5k is in the forecast for tonight.
