I took a look at my Spark calendar for October and it all becomes so clear. I'm waaay overeating!! Sure 2,000 calories/day every now and then won't hurt me which is what I thought I was doing but no, it's so much worse. I'm looking at 3399, 3210, 2219, 2067, 1681, 1833, 1936, 2743 and 1970 for this month. My ranges are 1350-1710 which means I've only eaten right ONCE this month! Ughhhh!!
My goal for this week is to STAY WITHIN MY RANGES!! So far even September is looking better as far as eating, although at least I am exercising these days!
Next weekend is my birthday so I know it's going to be hard but I HAVE to do my best until then and then pick right back up.
Edit: After updating my 5% challenge weight to reflect my gains, there is no way I can lose the "original" 5% by November 17th, we're talking 2.75lbs a week at this point. So I updated my tracker to get to 250 by November 17th, putting my ranges at an all time low of 1200-1550 calories daily. It's pretty scary to look at right now but I know I can handle it. I ate around 1300-1400 calories daily for the month of August, lost like crazy, and did not starve. Not only can I do this, I will! Wish me luck!
