This is the last week of Phase 2 on the LiveFit program. I am excited to see what happens in Phase 3. So far it looks prety intense but I think that is where the real changes will come from.
This last week was pretty killer. I was so beat from doing the last leg workout ( very sore the next day) and my Saturday was very busy so I used it as my rest day and did my Back yesterday. It was a surprisingly easy workout and it went by quickly. Today's workout was really good but I found myself running out of time so I doubled up and did my abs inbetween my arm sets. This looks like what we will be doing in Phase 3 so I decided to start a little early. I did some measurements this week but will wait until the end of the week to post them so I can see the results after 8 weeks. There are some changes but not much. I am hoping this last phase will really start melting off the fat.
Over all I have enjoyed this program. I do like the menu and I had already been eating in this style for awhile. Finding new recipes has been the biggest challenge and eating clean 100% of the time when you are feeding a family and are on a budget is really hard but I do my best.
