Yep that's the sound of my butt hitting the ground when I fell off the wagon this weekend.

It's always so hard to stay on track when you are sitting in a football stadium with nothing but concession stand junk food, and they won't allow food from the outside.

So I was REALLY hungry and ended up making bad choices at lunch and dinner.

BUT boing boing boing is also the sound of my feet jumping back on that same wagon!
