This last week was a BAD week. I just had a bad attitude about everything. Early in the week wasn't able to get into the locker room at the gym, then the rest of the week I was sick. Really felt rotten so I used that as an excuse not to do much of a work out, they used it not to do any workout. Went to the doctor on Friday and she said I had "The Crud" just have to wait it out. Drink extra fluids, rest, that sort of stuff. My head feels like it is going to blow up and my chest hurts from coughing. Ughhhh. Then of course they have to weigh you at the doctors office and I about cried, the numbers are really climbing back up.
I hope this goes away soon, hopefully the attitude will improve then and the numbers will be nicer........

    Hard to feel like doing anything when you have the hacking, creepy crud.

Have had enough of that in my life. Thanks to exercise and eating right I haven't had it for quite some time.

Keep trying to do better every day and you'll feel more like yourself again! emoticon , Maria

    Hang in there!! This, too, will pass. When our body is out of kilter everything else is too. Take care of yu rself and you'll be back on track before you know it.
