I won the parking garage lottery at work. I no longer have to walk from my car to the office. I tried to walk up 11 flights of stairs the first 2 days because I couldn't find the elevator. Well...I found the elevator and that was all she wrote.

I'm watching the biggest loser episodes from two weeks ago. I think i need to really try harder to wake up earlier and work out in the mornings before I go to work. Just do not know how I'm going to make that happen though.

    emoticon I only got in about 3-4 days this week myself. Totally slacked over the weekend. But back on plan! You can do it!

    I only ran in about a week and half's time and I have a half marathon this weekend (did run yesterday and today, though). We all have our lulls - it's when we don't make those lulls too long that make us healthy.

I need to start getting up early, too. Telling myself I'll do something after work just isn't cutting it.

Good luck this week - shoot for 2 or 3 days. Attainable goals are important for us to so we don't feel defeated all the time!
