Been a good morning so far. I got out and about early, and made good on my resolution to ease into walking again. I've been suffering from fatigue in a big way for several months and part of the problem is sure to be lack of excersise. I noticed the other day when I walked into town in the morning and again in the afternoon....I fell asleep immediately and that hasn't happened in ages. I begged my doctor for sleeping pills six weeks ago and she wouldn't oblige and I was a little put out, but I'm glad she didn't just hand me a prescription to shut me up.
So....two miles already today. That's double what I normally do on a daily basis. And I'm so out of shape, I will feel it tomorrow. I am starting on my second 750ml bottle of water and I haven't had that much water in ages. (This is turning into confession time!)
I stopped and did the shopping on my walk and bought steak for lunch. Yay! Protein! And I got a bag of green seedless grapes which rang up twice the advertised price....so the clerk didn't charge me. And those grapes sure tasted good as an after-walk snack...
