So...this is my attempt at making a fast video. Apparently, I take even longer when I try not to. lol Talking about measurements, weight, HOMECOMING WITH MY GIRLFRIEND TONIGHT, and my first packer.

    At some point you will gain weight, but don't freak out. Muscle weights more than fat. You will begin to see more muscle definition when this happens, probably. Keep looking at your body, what you see in that mirror will matter more than anything, really. Also, I'm gonna give you more unsolicited advice (hope you don't mind, but you are such a likable guy, I can't help but tell you what I know and try to help out, and maybe you don't need any of this.) Ok, here it goes. This is my suggestion: pay attention to how your body feels and looks in your clothes. I assure you if you keep this same determination up you will see a real difference in your clothes that you wear, and in the mirror, and the scale will be reflecting something different as well. If you go anywhere else good luck to you there. I don't spend much time anywhere else... I just love this place too much. So, if you do leave, remember you can always ask me a question anytime. emoticon Good luck with your run. Glad things are going so good for you! Keep up the good work!
