It's Saturday and I got up at 5 am to go to my first Saturday morning kickboxing class. Didn't want to get out of bed...tried talking myself out of going, but I knew I'd feel better for going then not going. I was right! I feel great that I went.
Wanted to get in a run after class, but it was still dark enough I didn't feel comfortable being out on the trail by myself. Plus, I have a little pain in my left knee. I think from Thursdays class, but I'm really not sure. Debating on going out for a run when the sun comes up or just rest???
New session of yoga starts today. It's an expensive class but it pushes me in a way no other class does...it's just different. Plus I love the flexibility I have...I can now fold myself in half (chest to knee)...couldn't do that before. My running time has gotten faster too. Not sure why or what did it, but must be doing something right!
Rest of today... who knows?? Having all of this done by 9:00 am will be nice!! I think a nap in the afternoon will be just the ticket.
