    I love that top. You are definitely losing -- I see it in your core area. Good job. You are too funny, but I would do the 28 mile hike too and for the very same reason.

    I must say you have a large wardrobe. You're face is nicely shaped. Some people mean well but just don't know how to communicate well. Sandy has a great suggestion, how about a day off for you. Kick back, relax, read your book and rest that body even just for one day. All that driving is mentally exhausting. Congrats on the release! Wishing you well on your goal.

  No matter what diet plan you're using, it's better not to try and lose weight too quickly, or it will just come back. Realistically, a person that isn't overly large should not try to lose more than about 3 pounds a week, or they are likely to rebound

  I lose weight in my face first and when I get that comment, I just shrug it off. My face changes dramatically. Some people say that I look gaunt but that is just where I lose weight. The rest of me doesn't look gaunt. Anyways keep it up. Your face looks good!
As for Finance guy, I would take him up on the hike just so you guys can have something to laugh about later. Things like that make for great memories...like "remember that time you wanted to hike 28 miles...." There could be plenty of comedy there. emoticon Your outfit is really cute!

    You sound really tired, all that driving in Friday traffic had to be the worst way to end a long week. Yeah, I think a three mile hike would send finance guy to the ER. He needs to join a gym to keep up with just your regular work day not even counting all the work outs you do after work.
In fact I was working out waiting for you to get home to make sure you got through your busy day.
I know you can get to your goal because I know if you really want something you will do what it takes to get it.
You should take Sunday off from everything and reflect on you and your new goals. You have a lot of things to do in order to make the next steps in your career and in your personal life goals.
