Doing good but i over did it on the running. My leg is kind of hurting today. I only ran for a minute but i ran yesterday for a full minute and i ran on Wednesday for 3 minutes. Guess i have to do it only 2 or three days a week not one after another. Think I will call the electricians next Monday instead. Have to clean house. Going to try the punching idea on the exercise ball tonight and strength train my legs and lower body. My hips were bothering me too. When i have time i will check out the Spark recipe book i just got. Yes, money is very tight but it's a good investment for both of us. In order to do God's work we need to be in good shape and not be unhealthy.
