Getting Back on Track

So I posted I messed up a little bit yesterday but last night I pigged out. I am really disappointed about it but Im trying to get back on track today. About to go to the gym in about an hour. Good news is the food I splurge on is no longer here. No more of that here. When it comes to cheese. You know the one the comes in a block thats a pound. Thats something I cant say no to. Trying to do better. Wish me luck

    Oh my gosh I know exactly what you mean. Cheese is one of my biggest problems too! It's so fatty and I could eat it all day long. I have to just not eat it or have it around if I'm going to lose weight!!
