    Great video blog! I am working up the courage to do one also...Its a great tool I think..I wish you the best on your journey and spark is a wonderful place..% lbs lost is a great motivator..goos job!

    Nice Blog and keep coming back. I think this site is great and it has helped me to make it 18 days. It will work for you if you work it and stay involved. Great Job on losing 5 pounds.

    I love your vblog. I can't imagine how many years it will take me to try one. I'm barely computer literate. If it goes great, if it doesn't - call one of my kids!
