NEW MONTH HOPE ITS BETTER

Well started a new month, although still frustrated with the scale, i keep going. i dont claim to know alot about exercise but the portion control thing seems to be the hardest. today i went over my allotment, but its hard to meet the minimal carb count and i keep going over the fat grams, and cant mmet the protien, when i do, i go over. its hard here because there are no fresh veggies, all canned, fruit seems to be all unripen so i have to wait afew days for it to get edible. so it is VERY easy to turn to the wrong food that is readily available. well all i can do is keep trying- thats my motto- just keep trying!! =) emoticon
