Great loss this morning. Hey Jibbie us right about kettlebells a lot of the girls here on the Washington team do them and it really works the upper arm and shoulder areas, and of course the back muscles. I would do them but I am a little weak in the shoulder area from a dislocated right shoulder and a few bone spurs in the left shoulder.
