Tomorrow will be exactly 11 weeks on spark people for me. I am happy that i found this site, and very proud of my weight loss, i dont think i could have come this far without sp. The last 2 weeks I quit blogging, just recording my nutrition, and exercise, I have notice since i quit blogging i started making some bad choices, my weight lost slowed to barely a pound a week, I think if i am not doing my weekly blogs(my way of reporting) I would not be able to make it, so boring or insigtful, i am going to start blogging again.During the past 2 weeks, i made some unhealthy choice, some days recorded, some days not, but i am now going to get back on track.I recently bought a mini stepper, and it has got my to do extra exercises the last 3 days. i started doing a nightly routine with the stepper, and running on the treadmill during the day.I hope i can stick to it,because i do need to tone my thigh muscles, I heard that the stepper can be used for a cardio too, so may get that going soon.I experimented off an on stepping in the past, (but with a box type stepper) and it hurt my knees, this stepper i got it a mini stepper by everlast, and my knees are not hurting, i think it was the pounding every time i was getting off and on the box that we causing my knees to hurt.I also use youtube to find workout-aerobic routines,they do have the cardio blase dvd listed if anyone havent tried yet.Thanks to all of you for the support , I am back on traack and not giving up!!!
