Got my Spark People CookBook Today

Thursday, October 06, 2011

It is really nice. It even has a 2 week meal plan that has between 1400-1600 calories a day. A healthy pantry Checklist, cooking oil comparison chart to help you pick. A section on how to create a Healthy grocery list in 4 easy steps. How to keep fruits and vegetables fresh section. Section on 25 Good, cheap foods. Metric equivalent chart. Nutritional guidelines chart. A section on raising kids to be healthy eaters.

Now I can't wait to get home to really dig deeper into it. Thanks SparkPeople.

No weight watchers points however if your a WW you most certainly have their points calculator which will whip that up for you in just a few seconds.

That sounds awesome...I am wanting one! I'm not sure whether to do Kindle or "real" book. Thanks for the positive review! Now, I want it even more! Could be a good non-food reward for me I'm thinking... Keep up the good work! Thanks for the encouragement! Spark on! emoticon
