The importance of being Ernest goes to jail (nothing to do with O.W.)

Books and music were my childhood safe haven.
We have a fantastic relationship to this day.
Below is my favorite Shakespearian sonnet. The one that made me BELIEVE imperfection is alright. Attractive even. The one that made me have self-confidence despite any sortcomings.

Sonnet CXXX

My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun,
Coral is far more red, than her lips red,
If snow be white, why then her breasts are dun:
If hairs be wires, black wires grow on her head:
I have seen roses damasked, red and white,
But no such roses see I in her cheeks,
And in some perfumes is there more delight,
Than in the breath that from my mistress reeks.
I love to hear her speak, yet well I know,
That music hath a far more pleasing sound:
I grant I never saw a goddess go,
My mistress when she walks treads on the ground.
And yet by heaven I think my love as rare,
As any she belied with false compare.

Thanks Bill.
Love ya!

LOL my husband is brave as well because he tells me "it's not the dress so much as it is the fact that you have a big bum". hahahaha!

If I said that to She(WMBO) I would be sleeping in the dog house. All she would hear is "Honey, your breath stinks and you walk like a cow."

Most men will back me up on this. Will was a brave brave man to say that. "Why, yes dear, I do believe that dress does make you butt look fat. But I love you anyway."

I so sure.

I came here for the title, and stayed for the sonnet.

    HA! lol
That show was so bad and jordan catalano was a douche.
I tried watching it recently on cable and it's still horrible.
Good thing I found Shakes in Jr. High when I needed him most.
AND my 12-y-o daughter JUST ordered Romeo & Juliet with absolutely ZERO prodding from my end!
Whats was Angela's friends name? The wild one that was done SO OVER THE TOP?
Hated her and Angela's dorky mom. There's a good dorky but she wasn't it!
P.s. LOVED dr who in the campy, campy long scarf years...

It was also featured in Doctor Who, I think the third season of the "new" set with Freema Agyeman

Aww. That one was in an episode of My So-Called Life, and it, like, totally, like, made Jordan Catalano, like, realize that he liked Angela Chase.
