I was inspired by Jenn245 who mentioned CONSISTENCY was her "secret" to her success, I jumped on this and decided to focus on consistency and shoot for 30 mins of actvity everyday.
Well, on day 3 of my 30 day challenge, my schedule was messed up(see blog) and then had a brief feeling of guilt that I didn't get my activity in for the day. As I was blogging about it, I thought "life happens" why am I down on myself???? I am losing weight for the first time in 5 years (1.6 from 30 lbs gone). Is this an excuse? Or a reality check, what works for one person may not work for me?
Tonigh I just read another SPARKIES page SLIMKATIE and her "best advice" was basically not to commit to something she isn't willing to do for the rest of her life.
My workout plan will be as follows and if I skip a day, it's ok.. I just can't skip more than one day. After all, it is MORE THAN I'VE BEEN DOING THE PAST 5 YEARS!!
Tuesday- easy run/walk
Wednesday- ST& walk
NO EXCUSES to complete my TUE/THU/SAT/SUN activity!!!!!!
I WILL reach my goal of ONEderland, I just have to find what works for me!
