I'm going to try to blog about my fitness goals and goals that I have met. :) Today, I did a 30 minute Bosu Blast class and then I walked 1 mile afterwards. I am trying to workout 2 times a day. Right now I workout Monday-Thursday; Friday I work all day, but during my lunch I would walk 30-45 minutes. If I can wake up early, I can go to the YMCA before work! I think I might purchase Walk away the pounds (WATP) and that could be something I do at home that is low key. I was even thinking of Yoga with Rodney Yee (he is my absolute favorite) and/or Pilates for beginners. If anyone knows any good workouts for YOGA/PILATES please let me know! :)
