Goal was to work out 3 times

Friday I told myself to start increasing exercise, as I have started to plateau in weight. So I aimed small and said 3 times every 7 days Friday-Thursday. Friday I practiced soccer with my son for 90 minutes, Monday I danced for 70 minutes and today I danced for 30 minutes. I also found my old pedometer to keep track of my steps but I need to figure out how to adjust the sensitivity level because I think it is too sensitive, and as much as I love seeing a higher number on it I know it most likely isn't the correct amount of steps. So This week has been good, I hope to start losing again and quit this plateau! Come on energy keep strong!
