It was almost six months ago that I had my weight loss surgery. As of today, I'm down 80 lbs. The energy I've gained is amazing. My lifestyle has changed dramatically.
I now track everything that goes into my mouth. I strive to make the best choices for myself nutritionally and find new ways to reward myself along the way. Exercise is a part of my life now and I'm enjoying it. Challenging myself to go further and do more.
Sparkpeople has definitely helped me to stay on track and even if I get off track, I can see it through the logs. It's a great journey that we're all on together here. Great people here that are all very encouraging. Tracking my food and exercise is a great habit to have and will benefit me as I move forward. So here's to the first 80!
