    Wow, all of the thoughts you presented were common sense... but when you spoke about them here, they seemed really profound.. maybe because we always think things are a vertain way for so long that when we hear them spoken a different way to seems amazingly new.

I love you, glad you are back, and glad we are doing this together!!!
AND, don't fake a smile.. let yourself feel where you are right now, and know that your smile will come when you feel happy.

Hmmmmm...interesting about the "body satisfaction". I had never looked at it that way before. Lordy I HATE HATE HATE genetics!! Info not known about the maintenace portion....but like you said, it's always good to hear it from "the experts". We know what we know....but it's good to have it confirmed!

So glad that you're sharing with us and hope you'll keep on doing so!!

    Very interesting! Yes, I get MAD when I see skinny chics eating Pizza emoticon ...OK, maybe I am just jealous LOL....But I know I wasn't blessed with an incredible metabolism. We have to deal with what we have right!!
