Well its time to get back in shape.. not that i am really bad but i need to lose just a little.. like 20 pounds and now that it is cooler it makes me want to do more.. i just dont deal well with heat.. so even if its raining or whatever i will be walking.. going on treadmill or something.. mixing it up.. so watch out cause i am going to do this!!
Also.. i am getting away from sweets which is the hardest thing for me..so i am working on it.. and its going good.. doing more fruit and veggies and exercises really helping me.. so i am so happy.,.!!! no one is going to stop me now..;)
