I am eating well. Exercising. Getting rest. Drinking tons of water.

Why is my scale not moving????????????????

My next weigh in is Friday. The scale has not moved since my last weigh in; last Friday!!!!!!!!!!!

What am I doing wrong?????????

    Think of other ways to track your progress. Have you been measuring yourself? How are you feeling? Are you able to do more than you have done in the past?
The scale is only a number, don't let it get you down.

    Thanks for the words of encouragement. I just want this weight gone so badly. It's depressing.

    Don't weigh yourself every day. That will just breed frustration like rabbits. Instead, don't peek. If you have to, wait TWO weeks before you weigh in. The scale will move. But remember, you are building muscle, while losing fat. Muscle weighs more than fat.
