I got my 5.6 miles in yesterday as well as today and my lower body is so sore. I woke up this morning barely walking but I made sure I got out there and walked those miles anyway. My body has to get back used to it and the only way that will happen is if I walk through the pain. Towards the end of the first mile I felt no pain. Once I completed all miles, I did my cool down and got in the car and drove home. When I got home and opened the car door to get out, my legs would not move...lol. I was in complete pain. I have not a clue where it came from. It took me 3 mins. just to get out of the car. I have been limping ever since. I hate to sit down because it's so hard to get back up. The pain is worse today than yesterday. I will do some stretching later on tonight before bed, so hopefully that will help me for tomorrow. My eating could be better than what it is but I'm still doing better than before. I have been getting all my water in so I'm happy about that. This is just the beginning.
